modus designed and produced 3 books for this specialist educational business. SCAlchemy run National framework training programmes for Nursery staff.
We designed these books and intoduced a hand drawn character ‘SCAlchemy Sam’ to help guide the reader through the workpieces and to add personality to the publications. ‘Sam’ grew up to early teen years as the books progressed.
For modus this was an interesting project that involved hand drawing and colouring as well as more ‘traditional’ Mac based design.
