New Website for The Aspire Academy

modus digital creates a website for The Aspire Academy.

The Aspire Academy is a brand new free school opening in September 2014. As a new venture, the team from Aspire required a website that would be look great, but be flexible enough for them to regularly update and change it over time as plans for the new school take shape. We built the website on a content management system called WordPress, which provides a very simple editing interface for website administrators to change content.

It was also important to the Aspire team to have a website that was fully compatible with non-PC devices like smartphones and tablet computers, so we developed the website with a responsive design – this means it will automatically detect and respond to the type of device being used to view it, and will re-organise the content accordingly.
