THE campaign to promote Worcester this Christmas has been unwrapped
THE campaign to promote Worcester this Christmas has been unwrapped.
Worcester’s Business Improvement District (BID) has funded a special festive magazine, which will be delivered to more than 70,000 households in the city.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of the variety and quality of businesses in Worcester’s city centre BID area and to highlight parking offers, church services, businesses and events. There is also a chance to win an iPad Mini.
Adrian Field, from Worcester BID, said: “This campaign is all about making people aware of Worcester’s great variety both by day and night, in order to draw them in from outside the city, and also to retain people who live here but have tended to spend their money elsewhere. We think the campaign satisfies that beautifully.”
The magazine was produced by marketing and design agency Modus Creative. Guy Marson, its creative director, said: “As a city centre-based business ourselves, it has been brilliant working with the BID team on a project that is close to our hearts and that will make really a difference to trade here in the city.”
