Guy Marson

Managing Director

Guy leads Nettl Worcester with over 30 years’ experience across branding, marketing, digital and creative strategy. He works closely with clients to develop clear communication plans, strong brand positioning and effective marketing solutions that support long-term growth.

A specialist in marcoms, branding and content writing, Guy has led high-value projects across sectors including automotive, professional sport, charity, cosmetics, household goods and logistics. His work goes beyond visual identity, focusing on how brands are positioned, communicated and prepared for the future.

Matt Allder

Business Development Manager & Web Creative

Matt plays a dual role at Nettl Worcester, combining client development with hands-on creative input — particularly across website design, structure and user experience. He works closely with clients to shape ideas from initial concept through to launch, ensuring projects remain clear, practical and commercially focused.

With a background in senior marketing roles and business support organisations, Matt brings a strong understanding of the challenges faced by businesses of all sizes. He also has experience in eCommerce and multi-channel selling, helping clients align their websites with real-world sales and growth objectives.

Naomi Carson

Graphic Designer

Naomi is a graphic designer, illustrator and artworker with over 15 years’ commercial experience. She brings a strong balance of creativity and strategic thinking to every project, working across brand identity, marketing materials, packaging, print and digital design.

Her role often involves translating brand strategy into clear, engaging visuals, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while allowing brands to express personality and confidence. Naomi’s attention to detail and illustration skills help bring ideas to life in a way that feels both considered and distinctive.

Simon Tranter

Associate Director – Nettl Systems

Simon brings extensive experience in web and graphic design, alongside in-depth technical knowledge of website development and coding. He leads on the technical delivery of web projects, ensuring performance, structure and scalability are built in from the outset.

With a strong understanding of how digital platforms support business growth, Simon helps ensure websites are not only well designed, but reliable, secure and easy to maintain — providing a solid technical foundation for long-term success.
